Losing Charlie was one of the hardest things as a family we have ever gone through, and what Charlie's mummy carrie had to endure was horrendous, and as we began to here what other bereaved parents and families had gone through it made us realize we had to do something,
Starting a Charity isn't easy none of us had ever done anything like this. As we set about creating
Charlies-Angel-Centre Foundation we had a clear image of what we wanted the charity to be and what we wanted to achieve.
HELP,SUPPORT AND CHANGES
TO BEREAVEMENT SERVICES
Bereaved parents and families needed to be able access support as soon as they wanted to not have to wait 6-18 months on a waiting list to be offered an appointment, just so they can be seen to see if they needed help and then referred on.
Over the last 5 years we have developed our services and listened to what people have said and what they felt they needed, we provide free

As a family and all of the volunteers that help make Charlies-Angel-Centre what it is today, we all have one thing in common passion and commitment to making sure every single bereaved parent and there families are supported as much or as little as they want, Changes have happened Leeds hospitals have made great strides in working to make things better developing services that work for bereaved parents, and this must continue.
As we approach our 6th year as a charity we can honestly say we are proud of what we have achieved and we will continue fighting for what is right,
